What We're Looking For:
A seasoned HR professional to ensure that Trillium's recruitment and onboarding strategies are carried out by managing a team of HR Recruitment staff. The HR Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from talent acquisition to employee onboarding and retention activities. This role ensures that recruitment and onboarding processes are efficient, timely and compliant with all relevant policies, laws, and accreditation standards. The HR Recruitment Manager will oversee the allocation of work with the recruitment team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
On a typical day you might:
- Provide consultation and support to staff
- Ensure compliance with laws and accreditation standards
- Manage recruitment and talent sourcing activities
- Write or revise policy or protocols for HR

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years' experience in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting with some Human Resources or payroll experience; OR
- Associate's degree in Human Resource Management or Business and three (3) years' experience in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting with some Human Resources or payroll experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business and one (1) year experience in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting with some Human Resources or payroll experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience: Prefer experience in personnel administration management and managing a complex payroll system. Prefer supervision of two (2) or more employees.
License/Certification: None Identified
Must have a valid driver's license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
