HR Generalistto join our team and play a key role in shaping our people operations. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and coordinating new hire onboarding
- Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment
- Performance Management:Support performance review processes, assist with goal setting, and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Benefits Administration:Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans
- Compliance & Policy Management:Ensure company policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Health & Safety:Monitor workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- HR Reporting:Prepare and maintain HR reports on employee metrics, turnover, and other key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
