What will your day look like?
- Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee and guide all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and organizational development.
- Policy Development: Create and implement policies and programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, while ensuring alignment with company values.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement training programs to support leadership and employee growth.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and recommend improvements.
Who are you?
- HR Expert: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, technology, healthcare] is highly preferred.
- Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Certified Professional: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Problem-Solver: Skilled at managing complex situations with tact and professionalism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
