Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with business goals.
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment strategies, workforce planning, training, employer branding, and providing clear performance expectations for the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives to drive engagement and professional growth.
- Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, and timesheet verification for accurate reporting.
- Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs to maintain workforce satisfaction.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee experience.
- Advise and support management, department heads, and employees on HR-related matters to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead and implement employee welfare programs to foster a supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with ESG and Safety consultants to promote workplace safety and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure effective security services that meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of leading experience
- Experience in Manufacturing and RBA experience will be advantage
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
