About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to help us grow past nine figures in annual turnover. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be expected to take ownership of key channels & tactics to deliver results. You will work directly with the Head of Growth in a fast-paced environment, equipped with cutting-edge tools, working alongside a team and partners at the top of their game.
You will play a key role in our retention, experimentation and paid acquisition efforts during an exciting period of product scaling, team expansion and international launches. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute, learn and be challenged at a unique stage of our business.
This is the perfect role for an expert digital marketer who has a solid foundation in direct-to-consumer acquisition and retention, looking to take ownership, innovate and become the best at what they do.

Key Responsibilities
Own Email & CRM Strategy
- Design, write and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Optimise email performance through segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of key metrics
- Maintain and improve our CRM system to ensure customer data integrity
- Revamp automated flows for onboarding, re-engagement, and lifecycle marketing, in collaboration with our brand, product and growth teams
Lead Experimentation Pipeline
- Setup and take end-to-end ownership of growth experimentation sprints for all tests across our website and marketing channels
- Work with the Head of Growth on defining hypotheses and prioritisation of tests, then lead setup and management of the pipeline
- Analyse test results to determine impact, scaling successful experiments, and documenting learning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Experiment with new tools and tactics to improve conversion
Support Paid Acquisition
- Assist in the development and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta)
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure winning messaging in paid videos, by obsessing over hook, hold, click and conversion rates
- Champion the flawless execution of paid ad setup alongside agency partners, by maintaining data integrity and digital asset management
- Through regular prospect/customer interviews, generate valuable insights on our brand persona(s) to refine and improve our marketing comms

Requirements
About you
- 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing for a consumer scale-up
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in analytics tools
- Expert in Klaviyo, including independently setting up flows, campaigns, triggers and segments
- Entrepreneurial attitude to get things done, with a willingness to fail and learn
- Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Team player with a positive attitude, even when working under tight deadlines
- Obsessed with creative ideation and testing
