We are looking for a Senior Communications & Engagement Manager to drive our internal communication strategy for our employees across our Restaurants & Support Office.
The Senior Communications & Engagement Manager willlead and deliver innovative internal communication and engagement strategies that inspire, connect, and align employees across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' global operations.
In this role, the Senior Communications & Engagement Manager will:
- Develop and execute communication strategy alongside Head of People
- Create and implement innovative internal communication plans that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants & Gordon Ramsay North America
- Leverage digital tools via Gordon Ramsay HOME platform (Workvivo), to improve internal communication and drive connectivity across teams globally
- Plan and execute initiatives that foster a positive employee experience, build a strong company culture, and celebrate achievements across the business
- Lead and deliver projects, internal campaigns, events, and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met
- Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, gathering feedback, reporting and analytics to continually refine and improve approach
- Take full ownership of operational and administrative aspects of the role, ensuring smooth delivery of all communication activities aligned with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants brand standards.
The ideal Senior Communications & Engagement Manager will:
- Have previous experience in an internal comms role
- Be proactive and resourceful, able to identify and act on opportunities without prompting
- Think outside the box to develop fresh, engaging, and innovative communication strategies
- Be results-driven and capable of taking ideas from concept to execution independently
- Have experience of designing high quality content including video
- Thrive in a solo role with the ability to self-manage and handle diverse responsibilities
- Build trust and credibility with senior leaders, confidently managing expectations
- Be adaptable and experienced in managing communications across global teams
- Have strong project management experience
