What You'll Do
- Plan and implement world-class full-funnel campaigns and activations, working closely with cross-functional teams on both strategic planning and execution
- Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver campaigns or activations against them
- Maintain the relationship with agency partners for the development and execution of outstanding work
- Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, segmentation, priority markets) to be thought partners with regional Ops, Policy, and Comms teams
- Engage in stakeholder management across the organisation - locally and globally with cross-functional teams, including local operations, product, support, policy, and PR teams
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen; structured problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience in conceptualising and driving compelling coordinated marketing campaigns
- Track record of owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Uber brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning but also meaningful to local culture and customs
- A strong customer-centric attitude - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
- The ability to take the initiative in a constantly evolving work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar; Advanced degree is a plus
- Experience working for a global brand
