Job Title: Senior Marketing Project Manager
Schedule: Mon-Fri (Remote)
Duration: 9 months Contract
Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate should have strong project planning skills, including managing timelines, budgets, action plans, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- They should have 3-4 years of experience in a commercial or marketing-driven team, ideally with prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry, to ensure faster onboarding and familiarity with relevant systems like Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
- The candidate must excel in driving alignment and cultural change with a positive, collaborative approach.
- Creativity and problem-solving are essential, including designing workshops, team activities, and tools that foster effective communication and engagement.
- Additionally, the candidate should balance operational and strategic tasks, serving as a reliable "right hand" to the brand lead while contributing to key deliverables like leaderboards and brand plans.
The Project Manager will be instrumental in the seamless coordination and execution of marketing and Bone Team activities, ensuring that all efforts are strategically aligned with the overarching goals. This includes:
- Support Bone Brand Team Working Model
- Support the planning of all series of meetings among Marketing and Brand team including Bone Operating Team, Bone Matrix Team, Bone Core Team. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Engage in thorough documentation of meeting minutes, ensuring all actions and decisions are accurately captured and disseminated to relevant team members. Manage the content/updates of communication channels (MSTeams), Team members. Create/Update/Manage planning tools as: Dashboards, Smartsheet
- Team Culture Initiatives: Moreover, the Project Planner will play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture by supporting initiatives that enhance collaboration, engagement within the team. This includes organizing team-building activities, conducting surveys, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve team dynamics.
- Marketing Initiatives: In adhoc based, support a Marketing Director in the planning and implementation of Marketing projects as: MAC Tracker Tool, Project plan for PCP strategy, etc.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in planning tools and software, such as Smartsheet and MS Teams, is essential.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Project Planning including timelines, budgets, and action plans to achieve project goals. Effective agenda planning, aligning cross-functional work streams on brand planning processes and outcomes
- Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate, drive and align.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Red Flags:
