PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the Spain HR Manager, the selected person will be responsible for implementing the organizational strategy through people, promoting the key values of the corporate culture.&

ocusing on the areas of Personnel Administration, Development (Selection, Training and Internal Communication) it will improve the performance of the human team acting from a basis of commitment and responsibility with the work environment, the brand, society and the environment. You will work with Managers in assigning motivating tasks, new challenges and responsibilities to employees that help them improve day by day, ultimately reflecting in business results.&

AIN RESPONSABILITIES:A
fter analyzing and identifying the critical points in the company's Human Resources Management, it will develop the most appropriate comprehensive solutions through the following functions:&
nbsp;·
To participate in leading on best practice, design and implement practical HR solutions to business issues, together with the rest of the HR Team.·
To participate with the HR Team to provide first class advice service to managers and directors, using effective coaching techniques to ensure managers are equipped to support their teams effectively·
To play an active part in training needs analysis, organizing Learning and Development events and post evaluation.·
Assisting with policy development and issue to ensure best practices ·
Identify areas where HR interventions are required in order to improve business performance·
Undertake ad hoc research projects and perform analysis to create reports and highlight recommendations·
To acquire a deep training in all the administrative procedures existing in the HR Department: time and attendance control, payroll, taxes, audits, labor contracts, training plans, etc…·
Oversee disciplinary and grievance caseload at all levels of the policy, providing support with the investigation and hearing. This may include dismissal hearings when nominated by the Human Resources Manager·
Provide statistical information and analysis to management when required.·
Support HR Manager and the wider HR team when required·
Planning and co-ordinating HR initiatives using both internal and external resources, together with the rest of the HR Team.·
Managing, when required, multiple projects and caseload to often tight deadlines·
Time management during busy periods of recruitment and retention·
Providing timely and accurate management reports and feedback&

NOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:W
e are looking for a Graduate in Psychology, Law or Economics, with specific knowledge in the area of Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Selection, Training, Development and Internal Communication in companies with more than 100 employees, preferably in multinational an industrial environments.&
nbsp;Y
ou will provide at least ten years of experience in a similar position, preferably in consumer goods production companies.&
nbsp;A
good command of ENGLISH is essential (written and verbal).&
nbsp;A
dvanced user of the Office Package, knowledge of SAP being valuable.&
nbsp;P

Experience of facilitating meetings and training initiatives·
Able to elicit information to identify specific stakeholder needs and to offer clear advice and guidance on specialist procedures·
Able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner·

lexible Timetable: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an hour for lunch. Intensive day from June to September.&
