- Plan and run engagement activities that aims to connect staff to our corporate direction, culture and values.
- Perform data analysis and work with stakeholders to understand the strengths and concerns of different business units to determine engagement interventions.
- Support the management of employee feedback channels like engagement surveys and perform analysis to gain insights on staff concerns.
- Develop and execute learning or bonding activities and manage wellness initiatives.
- Support staff development activities which includes planning for training, managing schedule, budget, procurement and reporting, and managing learning systems.
- Support other staff engagement and staff development work as assigned when necessary.
- A degree in Human Resource will be advantageous
- Prior experience using Qualtrics system preferred
- Good organisation, project management, data analytics (e.g. Excel, Qlik) and basic visual design skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated individual with a critical mind that seeks continuous improvements
- Team player who can work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
