Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic compensation & benefits reviews and give recommendations, provide insights to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of benefits programmes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Document benefits, policies and processes according to SOPs.
- Partner with insurance brokers and vendors to meet cost efficiency in employee insurance policies renewal.
- Contribute to reviewing of Compensation programmes, policies to ensure that it is competitive and cost effective. This can be achieved but via data preparation, conducting internal analysis and benchmarking.
- Actively involved in the annual merit review activities and processes, including preparation of presentation materials for discussion at management meeting.
- Manage annual budget and forecast costing exercise for manpower and indirect costs, working with other HR Business Partners and finance department to ensure processes are completed timely as well as addressing related queries
- Act as an internal consultant to the other HR Business Partners to provide guidance and direction on compensation and benefits policies or programmes.
- Work with the Employer Branding and Engagement team on rewards communication
- Ad hoc projects when required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 2 to 3 years of related working experience
- Prior experience in Total Rewards
- Team player
- Analytical and logical
