Key Accountabilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Southeast Asia, ensuring efficient hiring and a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers, external agencies, and leadership to define talent needs, align strategies, and drive efficient, innovative hiring to support growth objectives.
- Leverage knowledge of Southeast Asia’s labour markets to design tailored hiring approaches and build robust talent pipelines.
- Champion the organization’s employer value proposition (EVP) through impactful branding and innovative recruitment campaigns to position it as an employer of choice.
- Develop creative recruitment marketing strategies using digital tools, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Refine recruitment processes and utilize analytics to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into recruitment practices to foster a dynamic workforce.
- Represent the organization at industry events to enhance visibility and engage with top-tier candidates.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Proven expertise in both agency and in-house recruitment, with success in hiring for logistics and technology roles for the Southeast Asia market.
- Exceptional ability to attract and engage top talent aligned with organizational values.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with business acumen to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms, with skills in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Photoshop; familiarity with Canva and Adobe is a plus.
