The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) will work directly with the HR team and business stakeholders to identify quality talent, plan and execute hiring plans to support the Group’s continued growth. You will work on an array of roles across hospitality, culinary, retail, e-commerce, and corporate services, and collaborate across teams to champion industry and academic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
You will primarily champion our recruitment and outreach efforts:
- Execute group-wide end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Identify and develop relationships with quality talent in the industry
- Pro-actively develop and maintain meaningful relationships with industry and academic partners and be in the know of industry trends and milestones
- Develop collaterals pivotal for talent attraction and employer branding
- Spearhead career fair activities & Employee Engagment
- Any other collaborative projects within and across teams
Qualifications
- Minimally a diploma in human resources management, psychology or business/hospitality studies
- Demonstrated understanding of MOM employment regulations
- Excellent communication, people engagement and analytical skills
- Prior experience in talent acquisition in agency setting is preferable
