What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.
- Use BambooHR to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with managers to implement policies that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement and development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist and recruitment responsibilities.
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HR software is required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for people and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
