We are currently looking for a Senior People Enablement Specialist to join our People team. This position is based in our London office and will be responsible for supporting the People Team UK & Ireland. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach. You will own, manage and elevate the candidate and employee experience. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders, which includes our People partners, recruiters and people leaders, as well as being the main point of contact for candidates and employees, all while keeping quality experience top of mind. How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location.The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
- Deliver a first-class People operational service across UK & Ireland
- Proactively identify gaps in process to create a more seamless and efficient solution and experience
- Audit reports and support with reporting requests using basic Excel skills
- Continually create, innovate, challenge norms and raise the bar for HR at Paysafe
- Create, update and maintain job requisitions and employee changes in HRIS System (Success Factors)
- Prepare offer letters and other tasks required to on-board new hires
- Ensure line managers have requested access to additional systems required.
- Manage pre-hire and employee onboarding process, including submitting and monitoring background investigations, receiving and auditing new hire paperwork, submitting IT tickets, and managing other onboarding activities.
- Manage the Visa application process, working closely with the companies’ lawyers, People & Talent team.
- Maintenance of sickness/absence documentation and liaising with employees/managers to ensure Success Factors/dashboard is updated
- Manage the employee offboarding process, including submitting IT tickets, disabling badge access, preparing exit paperwork, and coordinating with payroll for final check preparation.
- Maintain and update HR and talent data and records, such as SuccessFactors & employee files
- Generate different types of letters as required (leavers, change letters, maternity, paternity, references, etc) in a timely manner
- Update our HRIS system with all relevant changes (Data integrity)
- Create and maintain various reports/trackers for the team
- Provide support to the Payroll & Benefits function, particularly as it relates to monthly Payroll processing
- Provide administrative support and coordinate on bonus/commission-based plans
- Process policies/HR Handbook and other HR documents; maintain all documentation on the company intranet
- Raise purchase orders for HR related expenses, including liaising with the relevant finance teams to set up new suppliers and so on
- Support SOX compliance requirements (payroll)
- Ad hoc project and administrative support related to the HR function and Recruitment function including minute taking
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role; HR administration experience is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and global locations.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative.
- Quality focused with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy of data.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism, with a proven ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in the UK and Ireland.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including GDPR and right-to-work checks, and familiarity with SOX controls is an advantage.
- Experience using an HRIS preferably SuccessFactors is considered is an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Teams
