Requirement
- A degree in any field and a minimum of ten years of HR-related work experience. It will be beneficial for candidates to have a graduate degree, diploma, or other professional certifications in human resources;
- Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with a variety of stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; the capacity to demonstrate attentive listening and empathetic communication with staff members at all levels
