Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Advisor with a background in corporate HR, particularly in learning and development (L&D) or employee engagement. This part-time role is ideal for someone with experience arranging guest lectures, training sessions, and similar corporate events. The Strategic Advisor will leverage their network and expertise to introduce Leela Life Salons and Leela Life Talks into corporate environments.
This role offers an opportunity to directly shape our outreach strategy, help employees in Fortune 1000 companies access holistic wellbeing practices, and be rewarded with equity in a mission-driven venture.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Engagement
• Identify and connect with HR leaders and L&D professionals in corporations to introduce Leela Life Salons and Talks.
• Leverage existing networks to create opportunities for hosting wellbeing-focused sessions.
• Partner with corporate stakeholders to schedule and promote sessions within their organizations.
Event Coordination
• Facilitate the planning and execution of Leela Life Salons and Talks in corporate environments.
• Collaborate with Leela Life’s team to ensure seamless delivery of impactful, engaging events.
Outreach Strategy
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate partners interested in holistic wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop innovative approaches to expand Leela Life’s presence in the corporate world.
Qualifications
Experience
• 10+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, employee engagement, or related fields.
• Proven track record of arranging corporate events, guest lectures, or training sessions.
• Familiarity with corporate wellbeing programs and their implementation.
Skills & Attributes
• Strong network within Fortune 1000 companies, especially HR and L&D teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about holistic wellbeing and familiar with the concept of Indic knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, early-stage venture.
