Position Overview
As a Senior Manager, Culture and Engagement, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving the organization's culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives across its diverse businesses. This role involves enhancing the employee lifecycle experience, creating a sense of belonging, and aligning cultural strategies with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Director of Human Resources, you will:
- Design and execute programs to strengthen organizational culture and align them with core values and business objectives.
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement actionable strategies to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
- Enhance the overall employee experience by organizing cultural events and developing initiatives that promote well-being, collaboration, and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to coach managers on leading cultural change and creating an empathetic, inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders across various subsidiaries to ensure cultural initiatives meet unique business needs while maintaining alignment with corporate values.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and respected.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, organizational development, or similar roles. You possess a proven track record in designing and implementing culture and engagement programs for complex, diverse organizations. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Your creative mindset, coupled with strong project management and collaboration skills, equips you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
