We are exclusively retained by a global talent management agency that works with some of the biggest names in entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and digital. They are looking to hire an experienced Talent Director (Att: This is not a Talent Acquisition/HR or Recruitment role).
The Role
Were looking for an accomplished Executive Talent Diretor to work as part of a growing team to develop the careers and opportunities for celebrity talent in entertainment. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll ideally bring a roster of entertainment talent, and also work alongside the team to manage the agencies established high-profile roster of talent in scripted or unscripted TV, Film and live events, driving revenues, devising strategy, and playing a key role in shaping the agencies leadership in the entertainment space. Our client are also considering senior candidate from a talent brand partnerships and endorsements background, that work in a talent management agency, working with opportunities for entertainment talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the signing and career development for top-tier entertainment talent.
- Drive revenue growth through endorsements, partnerships, and high-value deals.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with studios, networks, and streaming platforms, brands and agencies.
- Oversee contract negotiations and develop innovative talent brand strategies.
- Mentor more junior talent managers and collaborate with internal teams to maximize visibility and profitability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in senior talent management, brand partnerships and endorsements, or talent agent roles in entertainment.
- You currently work exclusively with an established roster of high-profile entertainment talent, with the ability to develop and sign new telent for management and partnerships opportunities.
- Strong network across the entertainment industry, with talent, agencies, brands and studios.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
