Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Talent Resources Operations at W Hollywood Hotel & Residences in Los Angeles, CA. The Director will be responsible for overseeing employee engagement, performance management, employer branding, hiring, and managing employee relations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in Employer Branding and Hiring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and strategically
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
