Louis Vuitton Americas is searching for a Client Development Manager to join the team. Under the general supervision of the Director of Client Development, the Client Development Manager will develop and implement client development action plans across a brand engagement channels including 1:1 and others in order to deliver business results across all Zone priorities They will be primarily responsible for the client engagement across the lifecycle, extract insights for multi-channel marketing campaigns including for personalized client communication.
As an “internal consultant” they will facilitate the development of robust client journeys which will extend client lifecycle and value. Through insights from the client development database they will analyze trends, understand purchasing patterns, and implement strategic plans to use existing platforms to enhance the client experience and value. They will lead on piloting pivotal new ideas and methods through engaging clients and will leverage those insights in development of actionable programs that drive value at all levels.
Job responsibilities
Repsonsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lifecycle Engagement
- Design and implement client journey pipelines using the Salesforce platform including in-house clienteling software and marketing cloud
- Support integrated client engagement strategy for all clients regardless of channel and status in lifecyclesupported by regular demographic and behavioral insights from the Client Data Manager and salesforce reporting features
- Identify segments clients for recruitment to new categories/channels (current and prospective) that are not/under-utilized with appropriate actions
- Produces CD business development pilot programs quarterly with specific test, ROI, and implementation strategies
- Construct and execute recovery plans of clients from CA turnover or store closures to ensure revenue retention leveraging ICON reassignment and other tools
Actionable Targeting
- Guide and periodically overhaul methods of targeting creating a productive state of change translating into more efficient engagement actions
- Build zone clienteling targeting, ensuring that broader sales, cross selling and 10K/selling the brand targets are met
- Build zone clienteling targeting for zone or region specific initiatives and product launches
- Manage one level adoption of all outreach and client journey programs
- Mine client data to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities based on business objectives; recommend qualitative action plans and solutions to develop the business
- Track and integrate results from past campaigns to ensure continual improvements in targeting and execution of client outreach campaigns
Profile
Insights, Reporting, and Business Development
- Build innovative analysis and reporting that is actionable at all levels of the organization
- Act as “internal consultant” nourishing client centric business development within department and with internal partners
- Deliver commanding presentations regularly to retail stakeholders and leaders on state of the client respective to audience function
- Provide on-demand, weekly, and monthly reporting related to client engagement, outreach and client lifecycle in support of cross functional brand priorities
- Support on all key strategic analysis including budget, regional meetings, etc.
The ideal candidates must have experience in data analysis/ consumer insights or relevant retail experience. Candidate must be an expert in Excel (creating formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, MS Query). Experienced and seasoned in regional database tables and data structures with an eye for detail and ability to be resourceful. Must be able to manage and produce high quality/volume analytical deliverables. Strong relationship building skills and professional executive presentation presence. Enthusiastic team player with entrepreneurial spirit who will work closely with the store teams. Some knowledge of the French language is a plus.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $120-130,000 annually, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
