About the Role
As People Manager, you will provide expert support, guidance, and advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices while managing day-to-day HR operations. Collaborating with two People Officers, you will oversee performance and ensure the timely delivery of tasks.
Your role includes leading and supporting the delivery of payroll processes in partnership with Finance and Resourcing, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and driving improvements in their HR systems.
Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting People Officers in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
· Reviewing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law and diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.
· Leading HR training workshops with People Business Partners and the Learning & Development Lead.
· Collaborating with People Business Partners to align operational activities with strategic objectives.
