What You’ll Do
As the Director of People, you will:
· Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, payroll, benefits management, and compliance.
· Lead and execute recruitment efforts for clinical, technical, and corporate roles, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our mission and values.
· Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
· Build and implement people-focused programs that enhance employee engagement, foster inclusivity, and promote a culture of excellence.
· Collaborate with leadership to design and execute initiatives for career development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and support organizational goals.
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Who You Are
· A minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in digital healthcare.
· Knowledgeable in payroll, benefits management, and HR compliance.
· Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles, including clinical, technical, and corporate positions.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
· Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms.
· Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
· Knowledge of best practices in healthcare recruitment and people operations.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
