We are looking for a People Operations Manager to diligently manage our people operations and HR lifecycle processes, ensuring we are compliant and equitable with a service minded approach.
In this exciting role, you will oversee our central People Services team who deliver the core lifecycle for employees, maintain our workforce data and respond to queries.
You'll be empowered to deliver a brilliant service to our colleagues, with a key focus on the delivery of our benefits, as well as making data driven decisions to inform our plans through ensuring accurate and timely data across our systems.

- Manage our People Services team - you'll relish the opportunity to inspire and develop the team and ensure they always deliver according to quality customer service standards and with our culture and brand at the heart of all activities
- Deliver exceptional HR services and lifecycle activities - you will proactively oversee the delivery of all HR services across the employee lifecycle, from contracting through to onboarding and offboarding, pensions, and benefits delivery and promotion
- Drive improvements of critical processes - you'll take pride in refining and evolving all day-to-day HR processes, employing a value-add approach which is service minded, inclusive and reflective of our culture and aligned to our needs, with automation at the heart of any improvements
- Oversee the management of key data - you will ensure all data is always accurate and up to date, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations and you'll produce and use key metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and improve processes
- Lead the delivery of impactful benefits for our colleagues - you'll be entrusted to manage the operational delivery of all benefits across our club, including the annual renewal cycle, onboarding of new benefits and promotion of existing benefits
- Champion employee experience - you will proactively manage our annual engagement survey and other feedback mechanisms and you'll suggest and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience across the full breadth of our club
- Review and evolve the people journey - you'll eagerly make suggestions and enhancements to create a diverse and inclusive workplace where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work
- Act as a guardian of vital people policies - you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR policies and guidelines are regularly reviewed for legal compliance and that they are kept up to date and are in line with our tone and supporting our diversity ambitions
- Background in a people operations role - you're equipped with significant experience managing full HR lifecycle activities within a complex and multi-faceted business environment and you possess an excellent understanding of key employment legislation and its application within all HR processes
- Passionate and inspiring leader - you're proud of your history of managing small teams and mentoring them to achieve success and personal growth and development
- Forward-thinking approach - you come with a track record of identifying efficiencies and implementing improvements and you're passionate for the employee experience and creating an inclusive environment where everyone belongs
- Confident with systems and tools - you're well versed in using HRIS and other related systems and you have intermediate/advanced IT skills and confidence utilising and maximising online tools
- Excellent knowledge across pay and benefits - you've got experience collaborating with payroll teams and you've previously managed benefits and enhanced offerings through analysis and industry best practise
- Data driven mindset - you back yourself with expert levels of accuracy when handling data and you're able to interpret it precisely and analyse it in a meaningful way
- Exceptional communication skills - you're able to work collaboratively as part of team and you're able to build impactful relationships with a range of colleagues
- Best-in-class organisational skills - you're easily able to prioritise and work at pace without compromising on quality or accuracy
- Trusted ambassador for our club - you naturally act with discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality and you role model our values and the behaviours we associate with them
