So over to you, we’re looking for a new People and Culture Manger to lead the People agenda in our vibrant and growing agency.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and seeing through all our people initiatives that enhance our culture, making Southpaw a brilliant place to work.
You will also be managing all the day-to-day elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, championing L&D and the performance review process, through to managing the smooth transitions of leavers.
This is a standalone HR role, and ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in an agency or similar environment. But above all, you will be an experienced HR manager, with the drive and passion to bring about changes that are in the best interests of our employees and the agency.
This is a part time role, the salary £45-50k is on a full time basis, and will be pro-rata'd for 4 days per week.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kent, TN1 2BY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- HR Management: 5 years (preferred)
