Role Summary

Our Denver office is a critical hub, and we are seeking an Office & Culture Coordinator to ensure our people thrive and feel connected to our global team,
The Office & Culture Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience in our Denver office. You will focus on fostering team engagement, organizing impactful social events, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the HR team in the UK to align employee engagement initiatives and help strengthen the connection between our London and Denver office.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Act as a cultural ambassador for the Denver office, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and vision.
- Work closely with the UK HR team to design and implement engagement initiatives that resonate across both locations.
- Actively solicit employee feedback and use insights to improve engagement strategies.
Social Events Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute social events and team-building activities, ensuring they cater to diverse interests and foster inclusivity.
- Manage and optimize the social events budget to maximize impact.
Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in Denver, providing a welcoming and seamless experience.
- Partner with team leads to ensure new employees are set up for success and integrated into the company culture.
Collaboration with HR
- Act as a liaison between the Denver team and the HR team in the UK to promote a cohesive organizational culture.
- Support broader HR initiatives, such as awareness campaigns, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
- Coordinate the education and training needs for Denver with the UK Team.
You’re the right person for the role if you have
- Previous experience in an employee engagement, HR, or culture-focused role.
- Strong organizational and event planning skills, with experience managing budgets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters discreetly.
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful, with a passion for cultivating positive work environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 10am-4pm / Thursday 9am to 6pm.
