What you need:
- Versatile HR Generalist with in-depth knowledge of HR operations, including payroll, processes, and employment law.
- Commercially astute, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach that aligns HR strategies with business objectives.
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, networking, and continuous improvement, with strong technical aptitude.
- Experienced in project and change management, including leading HR transformation initiatives and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes.
- Adept at leading and motivating international teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Flexible and influential, with the confidence and professionalism to challenge thinking constructively at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Data-driven, passionate about quality and accuracy, while adaptable to emerging priorities and unknowns.
- Advanced IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems expertise, with a process-driven mindset and systems advocacy.
