We are People Operations, and we make up a pillar of a growing People Team.
Our wider team is split into pillars; People Operations (POPS), People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Workplace. This role will work closely with the wider People team with the mission being to elevate our ‘people experience’. This role will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence, and maintaining high standards.

Your role will evolve alongside business needs, but you can expect your key responsibilities to include:
Payroll Coordination: Collaborating with our Finance team to make this a seamless operation. Maintain HiBob as the central source of truth that informs other stakeholders. Prepare all reporting and data input for monthly payroll. Assess and suggest ways we can improve this process.
Employment Documentation: Drafting, reviewing, and issuing contracts and other employment-related documentation, liaising with Talent & Partnering teams where appropriate.
Benefits Management: Administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit options and resolve issues with benefit providers in a timely manner.
HRIS Management: Updating and maintaining all aspects of employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and supporting HRIS improvements and system updates.
Employee Queries and Support: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and timely responses, escalating complex issues as needed, promoting a positive employee experience by ensuring efficient and empathetic communication.
Onboarding/ Off-boarding: Deliver a world-class onboarding and offboarding experience for new joiners and leavers. This includes but is not limited to, onboarding logistics, compliance tasks (right to work & background checks, preparing termination letters all whilst building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The expectation is to maintain a high level of people services quality as people both join and leave us.
Team support: Be the first point of contact for the team members by supporting and administering day-to-day People processes. You are also keen to lend a hand with People projects.
HiBob: Making sure our People data is kept up to date in real time. Ongoing maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, performance review outcomes, leave queries, etc. (Be clear what self serve offerings we have & empower managers to keep up to date themselves).

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate some of the following:
Proven experience working in Human Resources Management, applying a basic understanding of human resource management (HRM) practices, policies and principles.
Hands on exposure to reporting, supporting People Advisors and other stakeholders by pulling ad hoc reports when required.
An eye for details. Accuracy is the name of the game. This is a given in everything you do and you set the standard within the team. As a data company, data accuracy is key to our success.
The ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with stakeholders. You value working well as a team and you are a collaborative team player.
Be able to plan and organise your world load effectively and set boundaries to make sure you have all you need to complete tasks effectively (deadlines, full details, what does good look like?)
A natural inclination to communicate. We are a close knit team, so this is crucial: what do you need, updates on progress, any blockers and pitching new ideas. You are able to articulate issues and solutions easily, communicate clearly and you are an excellent verbal and written communicator.
Show a passion for solving problems. Intuition and initiative to problem solve come naturally to you. We are an established but growing team. It’s not uncommon to have to deviate from standard processes to maintain a great employee experience.
Be a leading example of using emotional intelligence in the people space.
Have the ability to think big when it comes to solving issues, you have a flair for thinking outside of the box to create solutions.
