Role: Global People Operations Manager

Location: London - Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

What you need:

Versatile HR Generalist with in-depth knowledge of HR operations, including payroll, processes, and employment law.
Commercially astute, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach that aligns HR strategies with business objectives.
Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, networking, and continuous improvement, with strong technical aptitude.
Experienced in project and change management, including leading HR transformation initiatives and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes.
Adept at leading and motivating international teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Flexible and influential, with the confidence and professionalism to challenge thinking constructively at all levels.
Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Data-driven, passionate about quality and accuracy, while adaptable to emerging priorities and unknowns.
Advanced IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems expertise, with a process-driven mindset and systems advocacy.
