Job Title: HR Systems Implementation Lead

Salary: up to £50K

Location: Denbighshire - 4 days in office, 1 day from home

JGA is partnered with a leading business seeking an HR Systems Implementation Lead with experience implementing and running a new project.

Responsibilities:

Leading on the implementation of the new HR software and taking a lead on new developments.
Building the system using existing workflows, data conversions, e-learning requirements, and streamlining HR processes
Developing and testing the system
Working closely with the HR team
Acting as HRIS lead on cross-departmental projects
Leading on changes

Skills required:

Excellent understanding of running a HR Implementation project
Demonstrable ability to work on HRIS backend developments.
Will consider candidates who are Analysts looking to step up.
Good communication skills
Proven ability to work cross-departmentally.
