Job Title: People Manager (HR)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pa

Full Time: 35 hours per week.

Location: Hammersmith, London

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 WFH

JGA are partnering with a leading UK Charity organisation seeking a change-driven People Manager to enhance organizational capability and stability during a period of transformation. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR team members to make a meaningful impact, driving improvements in HR processes, employee relations, and data systems.

As a skilled influencer, you will coach and support staff and managers across all areas of the employee life cycle, ensuring consistent and effective HR management. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR business partner to senior managers and Directors, ensuring HR aligns with service and organizational needs.
Provide comprehensive HR support, including employee engagement, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance handling, change management, and more.
Lead TUPE processes and integration of new services when required.
Oversee performance management, ensuring alignment between individual objectives and organizational goals.
Develop and implement people strategies to enhance the employee experience, focusing on leadership development and career progression.
Manage health and well-being initiatives, including clinical supervision for staff, ensuring they are effective and appropriate.
