Network & Sourcing Specialist: Build and leverage relationships with top headhunting agencies and recruitment networks to attract high-caliber talent, particularly for tech and non-tech roles across various levels in financial services

Requirements

What do you have?

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or abroad, ideally with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years in talent acquisition, ideally within top recruitment agencies or headhunting firms, with a strong portfolio in financial services. Experience in hiring for tech and non-tech roles across various levels within the financial services sector, and the ability to hire within budget constraints
Multicultural Competence: Demonstrated experience working in multicultural environments, with the ability to adapt communication and approach to diverse backgrounds
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with global teams and candidates
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services sector and talent requirements, particularly for tech-driven financial services
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with leadership and manage relationships with both internal teams and external agencies
Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyze market trends, candidate data, and hiring metrics
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills, adept at negotiating offers and influencing stakeholders
