Your Responsibilities

Provide input to Marketing and implement a global employer branding strategy, analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, and run global branding campaigns to attract talent
Build and maintain a strong employer brand that reflects the company’s values and culture, provide content like role models and testimonials, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
Plan and execute global employer branding campaigns using digital media, events, and AI, collaboration with partners to create engaging content
Support recruitment teams in developing and attracting top talent and promote employee engagement and retention through targeted branding initiatives
Monitor and analyze employer branding effectiveness, adjust strategies based on results and report progress to the VP People Development & Culture

Your Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of experience in employer branding in a global role (at least EMEA) and in the development and implementation of branding strategies
Creativity and innovation, along impressive communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
International mindset and fluent in English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.776,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
