Your Responsibilities
- Provide input to Marketing and implement a global employer branding strategy, analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, and run global branding campaigns to attract talent
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand that reflects the company’s values and culture, provide content like role models and testimonials, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Plan and execute global employer branding campaigns using digital media, events, and AI, collaboration with partners to create engaging content
- Support recruitment teams in developing and attracting top talent and promote employee engagement and retention through targeted branding initiatives
- Monitor and analyze employer branding effectiveness, adjust strategies based on results and report progress to the VP People Development & Culture
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in employer branding in a global role (at least EMEA) and in the development and implementation of branding strategies
- Creativity and innovation, along impressive communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
- International mindset and fluent in English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.776,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
