We are looking for a HR Manager to join our HR Department.
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across HR Systems, Employee Relations, Policies and Processes, and Data Insights and Reporting.
The Role
- Empowering the HR team to manage all administration, coaching and first line level decisions associated with employee relations cases.
- Leading the team to continually improve operational excellence and drive measurable value and satisfaction.
- Ensuring data integrity and treatment in line with GDPR.
- Data driven reporting and decision making to measure performance and service quality and provide insights to other business functions
- Responsible for business reporting and analysis of this data, to enable the business to make data-led decisions.
- Delivering scalable solutions through automated processes and activities.
- Responsible for all of our HR systems and their optimisation and supporting effective usage by the business.
- Proactive in driving positive engagement with the team, wider People team and wider business via internal communication channels.
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure all work streams are aligned and effectively communicated to the business.
Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience as HR Generalist
- Thorough understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation, ACAS processes, TUPE,
- Ability to actively educate team members to stay within legal guidelines and collaborate with other business functions, providing advice as required
- Adaptability and flexibility with proven ability to solve complex problems
