Summary
The Employee Experience Project Specialist/Asst Manager will take care of the day-to-day running of projects, including preboarding to offboarding, and everything in-between as part of the employee lifecycle, furthering the team’s objective of delivering a best-in-class employee experience. As part of a dynamic HR team in delivering a holistic Employee Experience, this incumbent will be expected to manage other HR & company-wide administrative tasks when required.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- As the product owner, you’ll be responsible for the entire product life cycle, from designing employee journey, creating business requirements, user acceptance testing, change management to training and success management
- Take lead on all Candidate Experience front and work with key stakeholders, HR Employee Experience (Shared Services),HR Centres of Excellence (COE) especially with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, HR Business Partners, IT and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of key Employee Experience project milestones on time and within budgeted resources, while complying with relevant organization policies.
- Identify new trends in employee experience for improved user experience, employee journey and creating value opportunities
- Review and adopting new releases by existing products (eg. Workday, Workplace by Meta, ServiceNow, Workato Autobots, etc, that continuous delivers enhanced employee experience
- Evaluate risks, benefits and opportunities to develop software product to holistically meet the objectives of the team and organization
- Continuously measuring Objective Key Results to achieve the best outcome of the product developed
- Develop robust and easy-to-use UI/UX with designers to improve user experience and increase engagement
- Leading discussions to build and integrate chatbot solutions into the employee experience journey and follow through the chatbot developments from architecting requirements to implementing
- Review user and employee feedback through online surveys, feedback forms and comments regularly Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify issues or pain points and address areas of improvement
- Research to remain current in software technologies with the technical team and implement new techniques that improve software performance and user experience
- Adept in Agile product management, translating research and design to deliver regular valuable increments with the Agile team.
- Ensure software product comply with regulatory requirements and organization policies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as HR Centres of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partners, IT and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of key Employee Experience project milestones on time and within budgeted resources
- Run multiple HR Employee Experience programs simultaneously with recommendation on prioritisation
- Join in HR projects & initiatives that drives the enhancing of Employee Experience.
- Support any other HR activities
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required:
- 5 years of relevant experience in driving implementation of digital initiatives
- At least 2-3 years of Human Resource experience prefer
- Degree and preferred in relevant HR fields
- HR Project management/ facilitation experience or keen interest would be an advantage
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Agile Practitioner or Business Analyst experience will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and project planning and execution skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and seamlessly adapting to evolving business priorities
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude; resourceful and self-motivated
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, in a team, and cross-functionally with other teams
- Excels in a fun-loving, yet driven environment
