Job Description
A creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Gardens by the Bay. This role is essential in strengthening engagement with our members, volunteers, and corporate donors through impactful digital strategies, including the development of targeted marketing and fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in social media marketing, a strong grasp of data analytics, and a talent for producing compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role will also involve collaboration with the IT team to ensure a seamless and positive digital experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development and Management
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and fundraising campaigns, including positioning strategies, target audience segmentation, and channel selection. Collaborate with internal teams to create multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing donor support, volunteer engagement, and membership growth.
- Content Creation and Management
Produce engaging, relevant, and impactful content tailored for members, volunteers, and corporate donors. Collaborate with internal teams to create content for campaigns, newsletters, and digital platforms, supporting ongoing initiatives and events. Lead the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.
Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement, grow our community, and enhance brand visibility across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and community management, ensuring alignment with Gardens by the Bay's vision and mission.
- Data Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies. Identify key metrics for success and utilize data to inform marketing decisions, enhance engagement, and drive conversions.
- User Experience Collaboration
Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all digital touchpoints offer an excellent user experience for members, volunteers, and corporate donors. Provide feedback on website and app functionalities, supporting efforts to improve accessibility, ease of use, and engagement through digital channels.
Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing plans that align with Gardens by the Bay's community engagement and fundraising goals. Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement digital initiatives that resonate with our audiences, from corporate donors to grassroots volunteers.
Work closely with membership, volunteer, and corporate partnership teams to align digital content with the needs of different stakeholders. Support initiatives to increase donor retention and volunteer engagement through personalized, impactful digital interactions.
- Innovation and Best Practices
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying new approaches to improve our online presence and community impact. Act as a digital ambassador within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and analytics.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing and fundraising campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, Power BI)
- Strong writing, design, and multimedia skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience collaborating with IT or digital teams to improve user experience and digital engagement is a plus.
- Self-starter with excellent project management skills and a passion for community-focused work.
