Job Description
Internal Communications:
Collaborate in creating an internal communications plan. Review and propose enhancements to current internal communications, ensuring content is effective and engaging for employees.
Prepare and distribute internal communications to employees in coordination with the HR team. Owner of Intranet Page for AENA.
Generate written and audiovisual materials (video, photo, audio) for communication by making coverage of employee stories, company projects, internal programs, company events, conferences, etc.
Collaborate with communications and brand representatives to ensure that content follows the company brand. Assist in managing content libraries and ensuring all media is organized and easily accessible for internal use.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the creation of flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials to support recruitment activities and employer branding campaigns.
Collaborate with HR in recruitment marketing activities, including attending job fairs and engage with universities, technical schools, and other relevant institutions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Develop and manage content for digital and social media platforms to highlight the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities, fostering positive engagement and visibility.
Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to highlight employee stories, company events, and initiatives that attract talent.
Monitor social media and digital platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement with potential candidates.
Collaborate with HR to review our current brand image on recruiting sites and define a plan for continuous improvement.
Operational support tasks:
Coordinate updates of the Acciona Energia North America web pages for content and update.
Administrative tasks related to the operation of communications and HR functions such as procurement of branded items, material necessary for talent acquisition.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
BA/BS degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, social media, or a related field.
Skills in video and photo recording, editing, and content creation. Experience in creating content for social media is preferred.
Experience with technology such as editing software for video and image (e.g. Adobe Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools) and Sharepoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a native or high proficiency level of English.
Attention to detail and editing and proofreading abilities.
Creative mindset, abilities to keep updated with market trends in the area of digital communication.
Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
