We are seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of our employees across various functions, including investment, operations, and client services. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement talent development strategies that foster growth, innovation, and high performance within the firm. The Talent Development Manager will work closely with senior leaders and HR professionals to design and deliver training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management processes that align with our business objectives and client-focused culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives and values.
- Design and deliver tailored learning and development programs to enhance skills, leadership capabilities, and performance across all levels of the organization.
- Identify training needs and create development programs for employees at various levels, including technical, leadership, and soft skills training.
- Manage and oversee the coordination of in-house and external training resources and initiatives.
- Create programs to develop future leaders within the firm, including coaching, mentorship programs, and leadership workshops.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and create tailored growth and development paths.
- Work with HR and leadership to implement and refine performance management processes, ensuring they align with the firm’s objectives.
- Help facilitate performance reviews, employee feedback processes, and create strategies for improving individual and team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting employee engagement and retention through development opportunities.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention by providing opportunities for career growth and skill advancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in talent development, employee training, or HR roles, ideally within the financial services or asset management industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing learning and leadership programs.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and succession planning processes.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and trends impacting talent development in asset management is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant tools and platforms.
