The Team
Within the Global Human Resources Division, you will join the Global Talent Department and report to the Global Talent Management Director.
This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the Maison's global Talent Management strategy, placing you at the core of the Global HR strategy and priorities in an international context.
Job responsibilities
The Missions
As Talent Management Project Manager, you will lead large-scale initiatives to promote the development of the Maison's talents. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional relationships and coordination efforts with various teams, including HQ HR, industrial HR, regional HR, e-HR, HR Data, Employee Experience, and Engagement teams, both at Louis Vuitton and within the LVMH Group.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Review Management
- Prepare and lead talent reviews for key functions in close collaboration with HR teams and organize the associated meetings.
Train HR teams on the talent review process and support them throughout the campaign.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the HRIS for optimal management of information during talent review campaigns.
- Conduct analyses of talent reviews, identify opportunities, and implement actions in collaboration with HR teams to support employee development.
High-Impact Project Management
Actively contribute to various Maison projects that support career development and international mobility.
Development and Continuous Improvement of Talent Management Tools
- Act as an ambassador for the Talent Management team in strategic e-HR projects.
- Participate in the enhancement and implementation of processes, tools, and KPIs to support decision-making, increase visibility of open positions, and promote mobility.
Global Talent Community Engagement
- Lead and engage our global Talent Community on Talent Management priorities by organizing sharing sessions to foster collaboration and synergies across regions.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new members of the Talent Community.
Profile
About You
- You are a graduate from a business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources: Talent Management or C&B would be a plus, ideally in an international environment.
- You have a successful track record in HR project management.
- You have international experience.
- You have a strong affinity for data and analysis, with advanced proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).
- You are organized, structured, and demonstrate flexibility and agility.
- You possess excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships, and know how to maintain discretion.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is a plus.
