As our HR Manager/Head of HR, you will ensure a well staffed and high performing team by supporting our managers in the restaurants, handle and support our managers with all employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture. This is a stand-alone role, which will focus on recruitment, payroll and employee relations.
Where are we located?
Located at the Champs-Élysées in the heart of Paris, this new stunning restaurant opening is due to open in spring next year.
Your day at Aqua:
- Coaching Managers: Support and coach managers on their employee relations and taking part in coaching managers to reduce turnover and foster a positive workplace culture
- Recruitment, Payroll and Employee Relations: the restaurant is a seasonal one so the number of employees fluctuates between 40-70 people, depending on the time of the year
- Strategic Mindset: Driving initiatives in performance management and career development
Salary for this position is up to 65,000 euro/brut per year + benefits.
*Other information regarding package will be discussed at the interview stage. This is a stand-alone role, reporting into the HR Director - UK & Europe that is located in London.
