The Content Strategist Intern is responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content that enhances Singtel Career’s online presence on TikTok and Instagram, as well as other social media platforms, where applicable. He/she will work collaboratively with Singtel HR team to create content that supports our employer brand's goals and communicates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) effectively.
Make an Impact
- Content Creation: Generate creative, engaging, and high-quality content, including videos, images, text, and live streaming as applicable. Keep up to date with current trends on TikTok and Instagram to generate content that will resonate with students, graduates, young and mid-senior professionals.
- Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and brand identity. This includes a content calendar for scheduling posts at optimal times.
- Analytics and Reporting: Produce a weekly report on performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness. Use these insights to refine content strategies.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, and encourage greater social media participation.
- University outreach: Identify key members of student bodies/clubs and related organisations and connect them with the Singtel HR team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Content Production Rate: Create and post 3 pieces of content per week, as per the content calendar.
- Follower Growth: Increase in the number of followers or subscribers on Singtel Careers TikTok and Instagram at a rate of 100 followers per month.
- Engagement Rate: Increase the organic likes, shares, comments, saves, and unique views for posts on TikTok and Instagram content.
- Conversion Rate: Increase the percentage of users who take a desired action after viewing the content, such as clicking on a link, signing up for an event/programme
- Brand Sentiment: Improvement in positive sentiment towards the brand based on user comments and feedback.
- Response Time: Responding to comments and direct messages within 24 hours of posting.
Skills for Success
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Capcut & Canva
- Kept abreast of social media trends and have a flair for creatives
- Passionate about storytelling
- Good communication skills
