The ideal candidate will have:

Experience: Preferably with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
Education: A University degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to relate well to individuals at all levels.
High IT literacy and excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Good knowledge and experience in talent attraction, acquisition, development, and retention.
Strong people management capabilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and committed to upholding professional integrity.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and a “can-do” mindset.
A collaborative team player who considers the interests of the team and the University.
