Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and help drive key HR functions across the company.
Position Overview:
As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in employee relations, PEO management, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with leadership to shape HR strategies that align with our business goals. This fully remote role provides an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives while supporting a dynamic and collaborative workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- PEO Oversight: Act as the liaison for all PEO activities, including compliance, benefits, payroll, and training
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding processes
- HR Policy Development: Manage handbooks, SOPs, and state/federal compliance updates
- Payroll Administration: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Culture & Engagement: Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization
- Strategic Initiatives: Drive HR process improvements and align strategies with business priorities
Qualifications:
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or HR leadership roles
- Proven expertise in PEO management and compliance
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, time management, and communication
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with occasional travel
