- 3-5 years of experience in EVMS planning, execution, and program baseline reporting.

THE WORK
A career in Lockheed Martin’s RMS 1LMX Transformation Program offers the opportunity to drive transformation in areas like Common Processes, New Systems, Standardization, and Model-Based Enterprise vision, supporting the 21st Century Warfighter.
Responsibilities:
- Lead program planning and execution to drive organizational transformation and implement 1LMX solutions.
- Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of 1LMX programs, primarily in the Global Business Development & Strategy (GBDS) and Program Performance Management (PPM) transformation portfolios.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across IPTs, functions, and LOBs, resolving programmatic issues and ensuring integration across 1LMX.
- Oversee technical, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and opportunity management throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive day-to-day execution, monitor program performance, and take action based on metrics.
- Lead execution of the EVM plan.
- Define and communicate resource, staffing, and training needs, coordinating to meet those requirements.

Desired Skills
- Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence at the IPT level with program and customer stakeholders.
- Relevant and recent practical experience with the Program Planning process
- Program Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP)
- Experience with Agile and product focused processes/ methodologies/tools or Agile product owner

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $236,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
