Position Summary:
As the Executive Assistant/Project Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, providing critical support in managing and executing the company’s strategic initiatives. This hybrid role combines executive assistance with high-level project management, requiring a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at budgeting, strategic alignment, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing schedules, emails, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials to support decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and drive key strategic projects across multiple business units.
- Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals, track progress, and manage deadlines.
- Collaborate with department leads to streamline operations and improve workflows.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
- Assist the CEO with budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and provide insights to optimize financial performance.
- Human Resources & Organizational Support:
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational productivity and culture.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Partner with the CEO to align business units with the company’s overarching goals.
- Conduct research and provide insights to inform business strategies and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and strategic goal alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
