Infosys Limited, global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting enterprise is looking for Leaders and Managers for Heading the Resolution Hubs in the Employee Relations function (HR) with 12 - 20 years of experience.
The incumbent is expected to head various Employee redressal programs as a team manager. Ideal candidates would have in-depth experience in driving Organizational Culture, Organizational Values, conducting workplace investigations in a global environment and promoting a Positive work environment through preventive and corrective interventions.
A postgraduate degree in management and exposure to the IT/ITES industry is preferred. Interested candidates may apply here
Responsibilities:
The requirement is for Employee Relations team at Infosys, and the profile will be based out of the respective world class development centers of Infosys at Mysore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Coimbatore. The roles & responsibilities involves Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, creating a positive work environment, Employee care programs including Health & wellness interventions and Emotional support mechanisms including counseling. The role also involves exposure to Conflict resolution, Workplace grievance handling, Disciplinary investigations and Employee feedback mechanisms. As a front facing profile, this role will involve interaction with local authorities on need basis, hence an understanding of local language would be an added advantage.
