As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will play a strategic role within our HR team, driving critical initiatives to support and scale Presto’s growing organization. This role is pivotal to enhancing our people operations infrastructure, strengthening compliance and policy frameworks, and providing support across a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with HR leadership to shape recruitment strategies, refine onboarding processes, and support workforce planning aligned with business objectives
- Policy Development and Compliance: Lead efforts to update and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with employment laws, and serve as a key resource in audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Enhance the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey for all team members
- HR Data Analytics: Partner with teams to analyze HR metrics, generate insightful reports, and guide data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
- Talent Development: Lead initiatives focused on talent retention, career development, and employee engagement, fostering a culture of growth and inclusion
- Vendor Management and Contracts: Act as the main point of contact for HR, Recruiting, and Legal vendors, managing contracts and ensuring value alignment
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements across HR processes, from automation of administrative tasks to enhancing HRIS functionality
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and finance teams to streamline payroll processing, compensation analysis, and benefits management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in people operations, ideally within tech or fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and data analytics tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with a track record of implementing scalable HR solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and a commitment to regulatory compliance
- Experience in driving DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture is a plus
The U.S. base salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $ 100,000 annually + annual bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Presto, it is not typical for the individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances for each case.Presto has a compensation strategy that aims to reward high performers and retain them for the long term.
