The Opportunity

As our Culture & Engagement Coordinator, you'll be a key player in creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace.You will be responsible for elevating the employee experience of Observe.AI, working in collaboration with senior leadership, the People Team and team members across the company. This position is integral to fostering a culture that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion across all departments and locations. Your main focus will be as a Culture Champion, helping to plan and execute engaging company events and initiatives, but you will also provide project support and assist with various People Team projects.

What you’ll do day to day as a Culture and Engagement Coordinator:
- Act as culture ambassador by developing initiatives to enhance employee morale and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion
- Lead the planning and execution of our annual company offsite
- Contribute to company culture by organizing in office events and celebrations across the US
- Plan events that align with national observances (e.g. Employee Appreciation Day) to celebrate and engage teams
- Create and distribute fun newsletters about upcoming events and observances
- Manage orders for company swag and coordinate distribution for new hires, events and other initiatives
- Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources.
- Prepare various reports and presentations for team members and leaders from around the business
- Provide administrative support in compiling reports of business performance, compensation programs, employee development, etc.
- Assist in developing training materials for new and existing staff related to professional development, recruiting, and other initiatives
- Will assist with rollout and communications related to new systems and initiatives
- Support the People team as needed
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience, creativity and passion for planning events and employee engagement activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Salary Range
The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is
$95,000-$110,000 per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
