As a Registered Manager, you will be at the forefront making a very real & incredibly vital difference to the lives of children & young people.
The role includes:
Completing the Ofsted process to becoming a registered home.
Managing the home to an outstanding standard
Taking the lead in ensuring an open culture is created, one in which children feel that they can complain and that they are listened to.
Promoting and actively encouraging the delivery of a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
Promoting the young person’s independence and developing their life skills
Ensuring that staff are aware of the individual needs of all young people and delivering the support required to ensure life chance opportunities and positive holistic development.
Working in collaboration with Human Resources to manage all employee relations within the home, in line with current employment legislation and the company’s policies and procedures.
Working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the home goes over and above in providing exceptional care
In addition to this incredible job satisfaction, you will also receive:
Occupancy Bonus (up to £750 per Quarter)
Registration Bonus of £1000
OFSTED Rating Bonus (£500 for Good and £1000 for Outstanding)
Annual Leave of 25 days + Bank Holidays (33 days in total)
On Call payments totaling up to £720 per year
All bonuses attribute to an extra £5000 per year on top of basic salary
